Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! But please note that outside the EU customs charges may apply. So please find out what rules apply in your region before ordering.

What’s the shipping fee to my country?

Can I exchange my garment for a different size if I need to?
Sure, no problem. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving them. Just make sure the items are returned in a fully resellable condition. Jernvirke reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.

Can I return items for full refund?
Of course, as long as items are returned in fully resellable condition within 14 days you can receive a full refund. Again, Jernvirke reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resellable.

How do I return an item for refund or exchange?
Please contact us before returning an order to let us know if you want a refund or exchange. Send an email to returns@jernvirke.se, or find other means of contact at our contact page.

Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

If you live within the EU, upon receiving your return we will send your exchange without any additional postage charges.

For residents outside the EU, contact us and we'll let you know how much exchange shipping fee is depending on your region.
